Microwave Cooking
for NN-SM332W
Turn dial to select power level. Set cooking time by turning dial.
If the door is already closed, cooking time will begin
immediately. For short cooking times, always turn the
dial to 5 mins and then adjust to time required.
Power Level W Example of Use
HIGH 800 W Boil water. Cook fresh fruit, vegetables, rice, pasta, noodles and dessert.
MEDIUM-HIGH 680 W Cook fish, poultry, meat and cakes. Heat milk.
MEDIUM 400 W
Cook pot roasts, casseroles and meat loaves. Melt chocolate. Cook eggs
and cheeses.
DEFROST 300 W Thaw foods. (See the below part of this page for details.)
LOW 230 W Keep cooked foods warm. Simmer slowly.
Notes:
1. If you wish to check the food during cooking simply open the door. The oven will
automatically stop cooking. To continue cooking, close the door.
2. To stop cooking, turn Time/Weight Select dial to zero position. Cooking time can be reset at
any time during the cooking cycle by turning the dial.
3.
When food is removed from the oven after cooking is complete, check the
Time/Weight Select dial
is in the zero position.
4. The glass tray must always be in position when using the oven.
Defrosting
for NN-SM332W
Defrost power is 300 Watts.
Select Defrost power by turning
the dial.
Set the defrosting time or the weight of food.
If the door is already closed, cooking time will begin
immediately. For short cooking times always turn the
dial to 5 mins and then adjust to time required.
When selecting weight for less than 0.2 kg, turn the
dial past 0.2 kg and then return to correct weight.
Note:
Around half of defrosting time, turn over the food, remove the defrosted part/food, or shield thin ends/fat
bones of roast with foil.
