or cable
system is
grounded
so as to
provide
some
protection
against
built up
static
charges and
voltage
surges.

information
with respect
to
proper
grounding
of the
mast and
supporting
structure,
grounding
of
the
lead-in
wire
to
an antenna
discharge
unit,
size
of
grounding
conductors,
location
of
antenna-
discharge
unit,
connection
to
grounding
electrodes,
and requirements
for
the
grounding
electrode.

system

located
where
it will
never
be reached
by
power
lines,
electric light
or
power
circuits and
where
it will never
contact
these
power
sources
if it falls.
lnstaller

extreme
care to

contact by
touching
power

circuits
or other
power
sources when
installing
outside
antenna.
