Panasonic Palmcorder PalmSight PV-L678 - Time Lapse Oo

You can use this feature for security purposes by recording over a long period of time
(up to 6 hours with a T-40 tape).
RECORD/
PAUSE
Note (in Time Lapse mode) :
* Sounds can not be recorded.
* Picture quality is lower than SLP mode.
» The tape is recorded at 1/3 the speed of SLP.
* The tape is played back at normal SLP speed
(3 times faster than it was originally recorded).
* Video noise may occur during playback.
` e SP/SLP indications will not be displayed.
» Titles will not be displayed.
» Interval REC cannot be activated.
« Vertical jitter may occur depending on monitor
used.
* 10-Second Reminder (see page 19) will not
display during Time Lapse recording.
CAUTION:
¢ Because recording system for the
Time Lapse feature is not part of VHS
standard, it is recommended to
playback tapes recorded in Time
Lapse mode on this Camcorder.
* Tapes not recorded in Time Lapse
mode may be played back on other
type camcorders or [VHS] type

Before you begin...
» Connect the Camcorder to a power source.
For extended Camcorder use, the AC Adaptor
is recommended as the power source.
* Insert a cassette with record tab (see page 12).
* Set the POWER switch to CAMERA.
¢ Slide the TAPE SPEED Selector to SLP.
I Press the MENU button to display
the MENU mode. Press UP A or
DOWN Y E? to select
* PROGRAMMED REC
+ TITLE
+ TALLY LAMP
- STAND-BY RELEASE
- CLOCK SET
* TIME LAPSE
2 Press the DISPLAY button to set ON
or OFF,
ON:
You can create an extended recording
(up to 6 hours). This recording can then
be played back at x3 speed.
OFF:
An extended recording (up to 6 hours)
will not be possible.
3 Press the MENU button to set your
selection and exit this screen.
Apress RECORD/PAUSE button for
recording START and STOP.

To cancel Time Lapse mode: Select
MUSEE: OFF from the menu
screen.
