Installing the certicate
Install the server certicate and the intermediate certicate issued by the certication organization into the
projector.
1) Click [Https set up] [Server Certificate install] [Browse].
f A dialog to select the le is displayed.
2) Select the server certificate file and click [Open].
f If the intermediate certicate is issued from the certication organization together with the server certicate,
proceed to Step 3).
f If only the server certicate is issued from the certication organization, proceed to Step 5).
3) Click [Browse] in [Intermediate Certificate install].
f A dialog to select the le is displayed.
4) Select the intermediate certificate file and click [Open].
5) Click [Execute].
f The server certicate and the intermediate certicate are installed into the projector.
6) Click [back].

f To conrm the information of the installed server certicate, refer to “Conrming the information of the server certicate” (x page 179).
Conrming the information of the server certicate
Conrm the information of the server certicate installed in the projector.
1) Click [Https set up] [Server Certificate] [Information] [Confirm].
f The information of the installed server certicate is displayed. The details of each item are as follows.
Item Details
[Common Name] The projector name or the IP address is displayed.
[Country] The country code dened in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (two upper case alphabets) is displayed.
[State] The State, etc. is displayed.
[Locality] The locality is displayed.
[Organization] The organization name is displayed.
[Organization Unit] The organization unit name is not displayed. It is displayed as an asterisk.
[Not Before] Displays the date and time that the self-signed certicate was issued.
[Not After] Displays the date and time that the self-signed certicate will expire.
[CRT key]
[RSA key size] The key length of the CRT key is displayed.
[Last modied] The generation date and time of the CRT key is displayed.
Note
f The installed server certicate and the intermediate certicate can be deleted by clicking [Https set up] [Server Certicate] [Delete].
However, it cannot be deleted when [Connection] is set to [HTTPS]. Delete it after changing the setting to perform the HTTP communication.
To delete the server certicate within the valid period, conrm that the certicate le used for installing is available on hand. It will be
necessary when installing the server certicate again.
