then
turn
the
power
off.

change

source

volume

timer
function.

stop
the
timer

mid-operation:
Tum
the
power
off.

timer
will
not
operate
if
the
power
is
on.

The
recording
timer
is
released
after
the
programmed
recording
has
performed.
To
use
the
sleep
timer
in
conjunction
with
the
record
timer
For
example,
falling
asleep
while
listening
to
a
CD
and
subsequently
recording
a
late-night
program:
1.
Set
the
timer
for
recording
(steps
1
to
7
on
Pages
28
and
29).
2.
Play
the
CD.
3.
Operate
the
steep
timer
(see
page
30).
(Set
the
sieep
timer
so
that
the
power
is
turned
off
before
the
start
of
the
timer
recording.)
