These conditions can cause the TV to shutdown and the power LED to blink 8 times
5.SOS Detect Circuit Explanation (14)
The SOS circuit monitors the disconnection between PSS board and panel.
If the SOS circuit detects error, the SOS circuit generates the SOS8_SS signal causing the unit
shutdown and the power LED to blink 8 times.
