Remove SC20(SN20) from the SC(SN) board. Plug-in
the TV. Note: If the power LED does not turn on
automatically after the TV is plugged in as
expected, then press the power switch.
Unplug the TV and reconnect SC20.
Follow VFO and VF5V resistance test
on the next page.

Reseat connectors P2 on the P board and SC2 on the SC board. If the problem
persists, unplug the TV and remove connector SS11 from the SS board. Plug-in
the TV. Note: If the power LED does not turn on automatically after the TV is
plugged in as expected, then press the power switch.
