Check all the cables between the SS
board (SS53 ,SS55) and the panel.
Make sure they are properly seated in
the connectors. Unplug the TV. Check
for continuity between pins 1 and 2 of
connectors SS53 ,SS55 on the PSS
board. Note: Do not plug in the TV.

If ok, then replace the panel
Perform this test
while the TV is
unplugged.
Remove connector SC20(SN20) from the
SC(SN) board. Plug-in the TV. Note: If the
power LED does not turn on automatically
after the TV is plugged in as expected,
then press the power switch.
