Before using
• Charging the battery.
• Set the mode dial to OFF.
The battery cannot be charged
when this unit
is turned on.
Connect the AC adaptor (supplied)

to this unit and the AC outlet.
o Slide the terminal cover lock to
OPEN and then open the terminal
cover.
e Connect the AC cable to the AC
adaptor, then the AC outlet.
e Connect the AC adaptor to this unit's
DC input terminal.
• How to turn on the power
Set the mode dial to., ~, 0 or
O·
• Align the desired symbol to the
position shown
in the illustration.
• How to turn off the power
Set the mode dial to OFF.
• Inserting/removing the 50
card.
