Electrical Code (NEC), using UL approved wire connectors to connect fan wires.

Plug connector into receptacle and secure fan body to adapter by using machine screw (M4X8).
1. Mount junction box cover carefully so that
lead wire are not pinched.
CAUTION
1. Secure machine screw
(M4X8) to the suitable hole and
not touch the Flex-Z Fast bracket.
Please fix the screw carefully
to avoid damaging the screw thread.
