Troubleshooting
Check the following before requesting repair.
Consult your sales shop if these measures do not resolve a problem, if symptoms not listed
here occur, or if you have a question related to engineering.

 The ID of this product is not yet registered
in the Center Module and a wireless
connection cannot be made.
 Register ID in the Center Module of the target.

 The remaining battery charge is low.
 Replace the battery with a charged one.

 The battery is exhausted.
The battery is not inserted correctly.
 Replace the battery with a charged one.
Position the battery properly.

 The microphone boom may be in the “off”
position.
 Rotate the microphone boom to turn on the
power.

 The Center Module may be turned off.
 Turn on the power switch of the Center
Module. If no remedy exists, consult your
dealer for repairs.

 The ID of this product is not registered in
the Center Module of the target.
 Register ID in the Center Module of the target.

 The [S] + [P] or [S] + [T] buttons may have
been pressed at the same time, causing the
extended functions to start.
 Turn the power off and then back on.

 The vehicle detector may be malfunctioning
because the detector is not plugged into the
Center Module, no power is supplied, or the
detecting function is out of order.
 Check that the vehicle detector is plugged in
and has power. If no remedy exists, consult
your dealer for repairs.

Cannot “Talk” or
“Page” in certain
areas.
 Radio waves cannot reach the area.
 Make sure there are no metallic objects that
may obstruct radio waves present.
