This command is only valid in DMODE4 (velocity mode) and DMODE6 or
DMODE7 (position mode).
In velocity mode (DMODE4), TVEL reports the commanded ±10V value from
the user before any internal limits are checked.
In position mode (DMODE6-7), TVEL reports the internal velocity command
and is limited by DMVLIM.
