Operating cycle
Safety
A pressure regulator (A) set to
400 bar in the factory protects
the circuit from
overpressure.
Do not change this setting.
Component inspection
• Pressure switch (2):
Pressure switch contact (power switch
cabinet inner signal recording) must be
closed during flaring and open at the
cycle end.
• Transformer heat safety (5): The
safety sensor opens when the
transformer overheats. Pull out the
machine plug; allow the machine to cool
down before a new cycle is started.
• Motor heat safety (3):
The contact in the motor must be closed. An open
status indicates overheating of the motor that is
probably attributable to a mechanical problem. Check
the mechanical components and the thermal contact in
the motor. The motor must be replaced if the contact
remains open when the motor is cold. The contact can
be checked from the power box, see A 10 - C.
