Maintenance of flaring pin lubricating system

System maintenance
The lubrication system does not
require any special maintenance. The
only thing required is a regular check
of the oil level in the tank (see
Maintenance components
sheet for
the oil specifications).
If necessary refill the oil through the
opening
(F)
(Tank volume: 0.4 L).
Check the filter for contamination

Restart the pump
As the pump is at a higher location than
the enclosure the pump may not restart
due to a lack of oil. Pull the lever
(B)
at
the rear of the machine in order to
initiate suction in the circuit until oil drips
out of the lubricating tube
(E)
.
Lubrication setting
Little oil is required for the flaring pin
lubrication. Set the screw
(D)
in such a way that a drop of oil is
provided with each flaring.
