The direction of rotation is en-
graved in the keyless chuck (2).
Attaching the attachment tool
1. Open the drill chuck: RELEASE➞
2. Push the attachment tool as far as
possible into the drill chuck open-
ing (1).
3. Clamp the attachment tool: ⬅GRIP
Removing the attachment tool
1. Open the drill chuck: RELEASE➞

CAUTION! Risk of burn injury!
Attachment tools – especially drills
– can become very hot. Wear pro-
tective gloves whenever appropri-
ate.
Remove the attachment tool.
Checking the battery
charge level
LEDs Meaning
red, orange, green Battery charged
red, orange Battery partially
charged
red Battery needs to
be charged
1. Press the button (8) next to the
charge level indicator button (9) on
the battery (10).
The LEDs of the charge level in-
dicator show how much charge re-
mains in the battery.
2. Charge the battery (10) when only
the red LED on the charge level in-
dicator (9) is illuminated.

Notes
If warm, allow the battery to cool
before charging.
Do not expose the battery to dir-
ect sunlight for long periods and
do not place it on a radiator (max.
50°C).
Charging the battery
1. Remove the battery (10) from the
device.
2. Push the battery (10) into the char-
ging slot of the battery charger
(15).
3. Connect the battery charger (15) to
a power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the bat-
tery charger (15) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (10) out of the bat-
tery charger (15).
Operation
Inserting and removing the
battery
WARNING! Risk of injury due to
unintentional start-up. Only insert
the battery into the device once the
device is fully prepared for use.
NOTICE! Risk of damage! An incor-
rect battery can damage the device
and battery.
Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (10) along the
guide into the battery holder (7).
