Telephone Inquiries: In hang-up or off-hook state, use the UP button to view call information. Long-press the # key for 3 seconds to quickly access telephone inquiries. Hang Appropriations Number: Directly enter the phone number while on-hook. Use the DELETE button to correct mistakes. Lift the handset or press CALLBACK to dial. Long-press CALLBACK for 3 seconds to add "0" for callback. Delete Function: In input mode, DELETE removes incorrect digits. In query mode, DELETE removes the current number/information. Long-press DELETE for 3 seconds to delete all calls or numbers. VIP Storage: Use UP/DOWN keys to browse numbers. Store or cancel a number as VIP (indicated by a lock symbol) based on volume/VIP settings. Single Bond Storage: Input or find a number, then long-press an Mx key (M1-M7) to store it. "SAVE" will display. Hang up and press the Mx key to dial the stored number. Double Bond Storage: Input or find a number, then long-press MEMO for 3 seconds. "SAVE -" will display with a flashing cursor, prompting for digits 0-9. It returns to standby after two seconds, indicating successful storage. To extract, press MEMO. "LOAD" will display with a flashing cursor. Enter a digit (0-9) to retrieve the desired number.
