4. The cardholder swipes the card or manually enters the card number for a Food Stamp or Cash
Benefit transaction. For a Voucher transaction, the cardholder inputs the card number.
a. Swiping the card prompts the cardholder to enter their PIN number, up to 12 digits, before
the terminal prints the receipt.
