Charging Tips
• Recharge the Spotlight as soon as possible once the Spotlight star
ts to dim and after each use.
• Disconnect the charging adapter cord and wait 5 minutes before use once charging is complete.
• Never leave the battery discharged or completely discharge the battery, as this will decrease battery life.
Recharge every 2 months in periods of non-use. Frequent charging will improve the performance of the
battery.
• Disconnect the power from the charging adapters and Spotlight when not in use.
SPOTLIGHT OPERA
TION
Do not operate the Spotlight when the extension cord is connected to the Spotlight.
• Be sure the Spotlight battery is completely charged. See SPOTLIGHT CHARGING on page 3.
• Before operating the Spotlight, disconnect the charging adapters. Disconnect the extension cord from the
power supply before disconnecting the extension cord from the Spotlight.
Spotlight:
1. Press the rocker switch to the ON “–” position to turn the Spotlight on.
2. To turn the Spotlight off, press the rocker switch to the OFF “O” position.
LED Accessory Light:
1. Press the LED accessory light ON/OFF switch to the ON “–” position to turn on the LED accessory light.
2. To turn off the LED accessory light, press the switch to the OFF “O” position.
Adjustable Stand:
1. Move the adjustable stand to allow the spotlight to stand at the desired position. The stand can be
moved to five different positions.
2. When not using the adjustable stand, fold the stand all the way back under the 110/120-volt AC charging
adapter protective cover.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Due to inherent self-dischar
ge, lead-acid batteries should be charged at least every
2 months, especially in a warm environment. Leaving a battery in a discharged state, or if not
recharged every 2 months, may result in permanent battery damage.

• Charge the Spotlight battery using the 110/120-volt AC charging adapter after every use.
• Charge the Spotlight every 2 months during periods of non-use.
• Unplug the unit and allow to cool before attempting to clean.
• Only use a soft cloth moistened with a mild solution of water and detergent on the outer surface of the
Spotlight when cleaning.
