9.4.7 Injector cleaning
1. Using a flat screwdriver or an 8 mm wrench, remove the screws (6).
2. Remove the cap injector (5).
3. Remove the seal (4).
4. Remove the filter (2).
5. Using a flat screwdriver, remove the injector nozzle (3).
6. Using a flat screwdriver, remove the injector throat (1).
7. Clean or change the injector throat (1), the injector nozzle (3), the filter (2) and the seal (4).
8. Lubricate all seals with approved lubricant only.
Caution - material
Risk of damage due to wrong lubricant use!
Do not use petroleum-based lubricants such as vaseline, oils, or hydrocarbon-based
lubricants.
Use only approved silicone grease or soapy water!
9. Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
