9.4.9 Injector cleaning
1. Remove the screws (1).
2. Remove the injector block (2) and the spacer(3).
3. Remove the o-rings (4) and (5).
4. Remove the cap (6).
5. Remove the injector filter (10) and clean it immersing it in limescale.
6. Unscrew the nozzle (8) and the injector(9) and clean them blowing inside and immersing
them in limescale.
7. Screw the injector (9) back.
8. Screw the nozzle (8) back.
9. Put the injector filter (10) back.
10. Lubricate the o-ring(7) with approved lubricant only.
Caution - material
Risk of damage due to wrong lubricant use!
Do not use petroleum-based lubricants such as vaseline, oils, or hydrocarbon-based
lubricants.
Use only approved silicone grease or soapy water!
11. Put back the o-ring (7) on the cap(6).
12. Put back the cap (6).
13. Lubricate the o-rings (4) and (5) with approved lubricant only.
14. Put back the o-rings (4) and (5).
15. Put back the injector block (2) with the spacer(3).
16. Put back the screws (1).
