For the Wave feature, this setting sets the length of time it takes for the pump
to transition between the values set in the “Max Speed” and “MIn Speed”
settings. For the Pulse feature, this setting determines the length of time the
pump will maintain a randomly generated speed between the values set in
the “Max Speed” and “Min Speed” settings.
