COMPOSING AND FOCUSING
1 After zooming the lens, compose the
scene, and place the autofocus frame on
the subject. Release the shutter.

When shutter release button half way down
where it is hard for autofocus to work, such as in
a dark place, the built-in flash discharges contin-
uously to provide illumination, making it easy for
the autofocus to work.

2 Check the lamp indication:
When the subject is in focus, the green
lamp will light up.
“The
green
lamp
blinks
if
the
subject
is
too
close
or
if the
subject
is
difficult
to
autofocus.

If
the
autofocus
window
is
dirty,
the
autofocus
may
not
function
properly.
