Use the power switch to turn the camera on and off.

Press the power switch.
The camera will turn on.
When the camera is turned on the lens cover opens and
the lens extends.
Press the power switch again to turn the camera off.
Playback Only Mode
Turning on the camera while pressing Playback/OK button will
activate Playback only mode.
• When you turn on the camera in Playback Only Mode, the lens cover
remains closed and the lens does not extend.
• You can not change to Capture mode from Playback only mode.
