Playback/Deleting/Editing
You can protect images and sounds from being accidentally deleted.
1
Enter the Playback mode and use the four-way controller
(

) to choose the image or sound to protect.
2 Press the Z button.
The Protect screen appears.

Use the four-way controller (

) to
select [Protect].
4 Press the OK button.
You can protect all the images and sounds.
1 Enter the Playback mode.
2 Press the Z button twice.
The Protect All screen appears.
3 Use the four-way controller (2) to select [Protect].
4 Press the OK button.
Protecting Images and Sounds from Deletion (Protect)
• Select [Unprotect] in Step 3 to cancel the Protect setting.
• If the image is protected, the
Z icon appears when the image or
sound is played back.
Protecting All Image and Sounds
Select [Unprotect] in Step 3 to cancel the Protect setting on all the
images and sounds.
Even protected images and sounds will be deleted by formatting the
SD Memory Card or built-in memory.
