DAYUGHT-SYNCHRO
SHOOM

Daylight-Sync
With
Daylight-Sync
In
portrait
photography,
the
subject
Is
often
darkened
in
the
picture
because
the
exposure
is
automatically
set
for
a
bright
background.
This
happens
when
the
subject
is
backlit,
when
there
is
a
window
behind
the
subject,
or
when
the
subject
is
shadowed
by
trees,
etc.
In
such
cases,
use
the
Daylight-Synchro
Shooting
mode
within
the
appropriate
flash-effective
range
so
that
the
subject
and
background
are
shot
in
beautifully
balanced
lighting.
Note:
Make
sure
you’re
within
the
flash-effective
distance
range
and
that
the
flash
(red)
lamp
glows
before
shooting.
