1. Placethescaleonaat,levelsurface.
2. Make sure the included weighing bowl is on the
platform and the scale is “zeroed”. (see Part III)
3. You may now add weight to the bowl and oberve the
change in weight.
III. Using the Zero Adjustment Knob
You can use this scale’s zero adjustment knob to set the
indicator back to the zero postion.
1. Place a container such as the included measuring
cup onto the scale platform.
2. Using the zero adjustment dial on the back of the
scale, adjust the indicator until it reads 0 grams.
NOTE: You cannot zero out a container that weighs under
over 1000grams (Tare range: 0g-1000g). The included bowl
weighs 55g.
