6. Operation
1. Install the appliance on a firm and level surface, free from obstructions and at least 1 m
away from any wall or combustible materials.
2. Make sure the selector knob is in the off position (0). Insert the power plug into the mains.
3. Turn the selector knob to either low (600 W) or high mode (1200 W), with or without
oscillation.
4. After use, turn the selector knob back to the off position (0) and disconnect the appliance
from the mains.
Note
This heater is equipped with a safety tilt switch, which automatically switches off the appliance
if it is not in the upright position.
7. Troubleshooting
If your heater fails to operate, make sure
the appliance is correctly connected to the mains
the appliance is switched on
the appliance is installed on a flat surface, as the safety tilt switch will switch off the
appliance if the appliance is tilted.
8. Care and Maintenance
Storage
Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean and dry area.
Cleaning
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance activities, unplug the appliance from its power
source and let it cool down.
Wipe all exterior surfaces of the appliance clean with a soft cloth dampened with a soap and
water solution. Do not immerse or submerge any part of the appliance in water or any other
liquid. Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing petroleum (petrol, kerosene, oil), paint
thinner, turpentine, alcohol, or ammonia.
