Pets can suffocate:
• Use with caution when pet are placed inside.
• Compatible with Small Petique Pet Beds and Medium Mattresses.
NEVER use a water mattress with this product.
WARNING: See side rails for warnings.
WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could
result in serious injury or death to your pet.
• The sleeper, including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use.
Make sure latches are secure.
• Discontinue use of the product when your pet has reached over the
weight of 100 lbs. (45 kgs).
• NEVER use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints,
broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric. Check before assembly and periodically
during use. Contact Petique, Inc. Customer Service at 1-800-421-1902 for
replacement parts, repair or instructions.
• NEVER substitute parts.
• This product is not intended for human use.
• Lock all brakes before letting your pet near the product.
• Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety
of your pet.
