Darning

is

Sew
over
the
damaged
area
in
rows
until
it

well
covered.
Take
care
to
ensure

rows
overlap.
Sewing
on
patches
To
cover
larger
holes
well,
it
is
necessary
to
sew
a
new
piece
of
fabric
onto
the
damaged
area.

Baste
the
new
piece
of
fabric
onto
the
damaged
area
of
the
face
side
of
the
fabric.

Sew
over
the
fabric
edges
with
the
elastic
stitch.

back
