Why is my PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108 Farm Equipment tractor hydraulic oil overheating?
    • W
      Walter CrawfordAug 13, 2025
To prevent tractor hydraulic oil from overheating in your PhiBer Farm Equipment, reduce the tractor hydraulic oil flow setting. Ensure that low-pressure return flow discharges directly into the tractor hydraulic reservoir. For older tractors, you may need to plumb the return flow to a port for direct discharge into the reservoir. Also, remove and inspect the check valve, cleaning any debris before replacing it, and inspect quick coupler tips for proper action and blockages.

What to do if side shift and push off trucks on PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108 don't move?
    • J
      Julian HarrisAug 17, 2025
If the side shift and push off trucks on your PhiBer Farm Equipment aren't moving when you actuate the tractor hydraulic lever, check the following: ensure the hydraulic hose connections are correct at the tractor hydraulic quick couplers; inspect and clean the wiring harness coupling; replace the 7 A fuse on the monitor in the tractor cab; check and adjust the limit switch settings for side shift and push off modes; and reset the electronic monitor by toggling the power switch to “OFF”, then pressing and holding the “EJECT” button for 3 seconds until the indicator lights strobe.

What to do if push off truck moves slightly after resetting PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108 Farm Equipment accumulator?
    • E
      Edward BenjaminAug 21, 2025
If the push off truck on your PhiBer Farm Equipment moves slightly after resetting the accumulator, even when other tractor hydraulics appear to function correctly, there may be a hydraulic lock. Place the tractor hydraulic control lever in the float position or disconnect the return hydraulic hose coupler to drain off excessive oil. Push the center pins of the main valve until all pins move freely, then re-connect the hydraulic hose coupler. Ensure that return oil discharges into the tractor hydraulic reservoir, and reduce the tractor hydraulic flow to the accumulator to 12 gal-US/min (45.4 L/min) or less.

How to fix inactive electronic system on PhiBer Farm Equipment?
    • J
      Joseph GarciaAug 25, 2025
If the electronic system on your PhiBer Farm Equipment appears inactive and the indicator lights do not strobe at start-up, toggle the power switch to “OFF”. Open the control box under the deck of the accumulator, remove and replace the 800 mA fuse. Then, toggle the power switch back to “ON.”

What to do if bale trigger does not activate side shift truck on PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108?
    • D
      Dustin AndersonAug 29, 2025
If the bale trigger does not activate the side shift truck on your PhiBer Farm Equipment, measure the gap between the proximity switch and the trigger plate. If necessary, adjust the gap to be between 3/16 - 1/8” (1.5 - 3 mm).

    Mark BenjaminSep 1, 2025
Why does the side shift operate prematurely on my PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108 Farm Equipment?
    • V
      Vanessa MoralesSep 1, 2025
The side shift on your PhiBer Farm Equipment might be operating prematurely because the bale trigger bounces on rough terrain or bales sag as they leave the chamber on the baler. To resolve this, tighten the spring on the bale trigger, adjust the bale trigger downward to make it less sensitive, adjust the bale trigger forward for haylage bales, and raise the front of the accumulator.

How to reset accumulator on PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108?
    • A
      Alexander JonesSep 5, 2025
If the accumulator on your PhiBer Farm Equipment does not work, check the Emergency Stop Switch. If it's pushed in, turn it clockwise to reset.

What to do if Machine Function Halted on PhiBer BigBale Accumulator AC3108 Farm Equipment?
    • C
      Chris TaylorSep 9, 2025
To address a halted machine function on your PhiBer Farm Equipment, enable the remote on the tractor and check all sensors on the diagnostics page. This issue may be due to hydraulic flow not being turned on or a hydraulic time out due to sensor failure.
