Problem Cause Solution
I cannot use Alexa and
Amazon Smart Reorders
yet.
You have not yet connected to
your Amazon account in the
app.
Please follow the instructions in the app
to connect your Amazon account to
your Philips account to be able to use
Alexa voice control and Amazon Smart
Reorders.
Note: To be able to use these features
you need to have an Alexa app or an
Alexa device and you need to enable
the Smart Reorders service on Amazon.
The Wi-Fi connectivity of
the machine used to
work but is not working
anymore.
Your smartphone or tablet is
connected to a different
network than your machine.
Make sure your smartphone or tablet is
connected to the same Wi-Fi network
as your machine.
Your Wi-Fi name and/or
password have changed.
Follow all steps of section 'Changing the
Wi-Fi connection'.
Your smartphone or tablet and
the coffee machine are not
within range of the Wi-Fi router.
Make sure that your smartphone or
tablet the coffee machine are within
range of the Wi-Fi router.
None of the solutions
mentioned above work.
Close and restart the app to recheck the
Wi-Fi connection.

Navigate to machine settings in the app
and remove the machine from the app.
Then select 'Machine is already
connected to Wi-Fi' in the app.
I could always connect
my smartphone or tablet
to the machine, but
suddenly that is no
longer possible.
The machine is now connected
to a different Wi-Fi network
than before.
Make sure that your smartphone or
tablet and coffee machine are
connected to the same network.
The name or password of the
Wi-Fi network has been
changed.
Please make sure that all paired
smartphones and tablets reconnect to
the network with the new password.

Clear all network settings and
connections of the machine (see
'Resetting all network settings and
connections'). And then follow the steps
in the app to set up the Wi-Fi
connection again (see 'Setting up the
Wi-Fi connection for the first time').
The Wi-Fi light on the
machine is flashing, and I
can use the machine
manually, but not with
the Coffee + app.
The coffee machine is not
connected to your home Wi-Fi
network anymore.
Follow all steps of section 'Changing the
Wi-Fi connection'.
