KEYBOARD USER FUNCTIONS
General
User functions are keyboard operations which are
used infrequently and do not demand their own keys.
The various functions are listed in the table below.
Note that certain functions are restricted to certain
user priority levels. Information on user priority levels
can be found in the section on User Information. To
execute these user functions, select the desired
function, then follow the steps below. Each function
is described in its own section with additional
instructions.
1. Press USER and verify the indicator lights above
the key.
2. Key in the desired user function number using
the numeric keypad.
3. Press ENTER. Note that the keyboard camera
display will show a "F" followed by the function
number selected.
4. Follow the directions for the specific user
function as described in its own section.
5. Press USER to exit back to normal mode.
EXAMPLE: USER 1 ENTER
The above example will access user function #1
as described in the section below.
