No sound
Hearing aid is out of power
Charge the hearing aid (MNB T R only) / Replace the battery (MNB T only)
Dead battery Contact your hearing care professional (MNB T R only) / Replace the battery (MNB T only)
Clogged earpieces (dome, Grip Tip, mould or Micro mould)
Clean mould or Micro mould or replace wax lter
Replace dome, or GripTip
Hearing aid microphone muted Unmute the hearing aid microphone
Intermittent or
reduced sound
Clogged sound outlet
Clean mould or Micro mould, replace wax lter or change dome or GripTip
Moisture Wipe battery with a dry cloth (MNB T only)
Squealing noise
Hearing aid earpiece inserted incorrectly
Re-insert the earpiece
Earwax accumulated in ear canal Have ear canal examined by your doctor
Ear has grown Contact your hearing care professional
Beeping
If your hearing aid plays 8 beeps, 4 times consecutively, your hearing aid needs
a microphone service check
Contact your hearing care professional
Pairing issue with
smartphone
Bluetooth connection failed
1) Unpair your hearing aid.
2) On your phone, turn Bluetooth OFF and ON again.
3)Turn the hearing aid OFF and then turn it back ON.
4) Pair your hearing aid again (for guidance, visit: hearingsolutions.philips.com/support/how-to-faq/).
