3 Almond butter
Serves 4
14 ounces raw almonds
2 tablespoons natural oil (such as
peanut oil)
1. Put almonds in the jar and blend
with speed 3 for 10 seconds in a
couple of times. If necessary, switch
o, open the lid and press down
the almonds by tamper.
2. Once all almonds are chopped,
add oil in the jar and blend with
speed 3 for 10 seconds for few
times until it becomes almond
butter.
Dough Manual

1 – 3 Pizza dough
12 ounces our
0.8 cup hot water
1 packet dried yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Dissolve the yeast, sugar in hot
water with a whisk.
2. Put the our and salt in jar and put
the lid on the blender.
3. Turn the blender on and set to
speed 1.
4. Pour in the water / yeast mixture
and oil through the small opening
on the lid.
5. When the dough starts to knead,
set the blender to speed 3 for three
seconds and then turn o the
blender.
6. Repeat step 5 until it becomes a ball
of dough.
7. Turn the blender o and pulse three
times so that the dough comes
loose from the knife.
