Note — Anytime you are disconnected from the Information Center, the
MX40 automatically activates Monitor mode. The MX40 reverts to
Telemetry mode when connection to the Information Center is re-
established. If the MX40 is not connected to the Information Center, the
alarm is only announced locally. For additional information regarding
battery status during Monitoring Mode, see Note 3 under the “Battery
Charge Status” section starting on page 4-28.
