MX40 Controls in the Patient Window (IIC)
The Patient Window at the Information Center (accessed from the Patient
Window control in the Patient Sector) includes controls for a number of
MX40 operations. For detailed instructions on these operations, see the
IntelliVue Information Center Instructions for Use or the Online Help.
To View ECG or SpO
2
Alarm Limits
1 Move the cursor over the HR or SpO
2
label to display the current high
and low alarm limits.
To Change ECG or SpO
2
Alarm Limits
1 Move the cursor over the High or Low numeric to display up/down
arrow controls for adjusting the limit.
2 After adjusting the limit, move the cursor away from the area to dismiss
the limit controls.
To Change ECG Waveform Size
1 Move the cursor over the ECG waveform to display the ECG
Waveform Size control.
2 Select the desired size from the list.
To Select Lead
1 Move the cursor over the ECG waveform to display the Lead Selection
control.
2 Select the desired lead from the list.
Important Do not set the primary and secondary channels to the same
lead.
To Change Va and Vb Default Lead Settings (6-lead
only)
1 Move the cursor over the ECG waveform to display the Lead Selection
popup.
2 Select the label from the label list.
3 For Va or Vb, select Va or Vb, then select the lead to be assigned.
Assignment of the same V lead to both Va and Vb is not allowed.
