- Reservoir is not
fully seated.The
device was not
on long enough
to prime
correctly.The
pause switch
on the handle
is in the "pause"
position.
- Ensure that the
reservoir is fully seated
by pushing it down
onto the base.Ensure
that the pause switch
on the handle is in the
“on” positionRun the
product for 30 seconds
at high intensity to
make sure there is
enough time for the
product to prime (see
'Getting started').

was running for
too long and it
overheated.
- Unplug the device and
don’t use it for two
hours.After two hours,
plug it back and if the
