Pan Motor Assembly Replacement

#2 Phillips screwdriver
To remove and replace pan motor assembly:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. Remove yoke leg covers by removing four 6-32x3/8" PTB screws on each
side (Figure 2-27).
Step 3. Remove crossmember assembly from yoke by removing sixteen 10-32x1/2"
PPB screws.
Step 4. At crossmember assembly, remove pan wire shield by removing four
4-40x3/8" PPZ screws.
Step 5. At pan motor assembly, loosen four 6-32x1" PPB screws. Slide assembly
forward and remove belt from pulley.
Step 6. Remove four 6-32x1" PPB screws and #6 flat washers and remove pan motor
assembly (nut plate will come loose also).
Step 7. Replace pan motor assembly by doing steps 2 through 6 in reverse. (Belt
tension is automatically set by spring.)
