7.11.2 ETH communication blocks in accordance with IEEE 802.3
ETH communication blocks can be used to establish communication via all Ethernet proto-
cols.
In addition, the ETH communication blocks enable communication to take place on the data
link layer of the ISO/OSI model (layer 2 communication) according to IEEE 802.3.
7.11.2.1 ETH_SEND function block
The function block sends Ethernet telegrams to one or more communication partners. A
maximum of ten instances of the function block are permitted.

Input parameters
The function is available for the AXC 1050 (XC) with a firmware version ≥ 3.00 from
AUTOMATIONWORX Software Suite 2017 Version 1.84 and later.
