6.5.2 Integrating the AXC 1050 (XC) as a PROFINET controller
If you have activated the PROFINET controller function("PROFINET controller activated")
or the PROFINET controller and device function ("PROFINET device activated /
PROFINET controller activated") (see Section 6.5.1), you must now integrate the
AXC 1050 (XC) as a PROFINET controller in the corresponding PC Worx project.
Follow these steps to integrate the AXC 1050 (XC) as a PROFINET controller:
• Adapt the IP address settings if necessary (see Section 6.3).
• Configure your bus structure:
– Read in the Axioline F devices aligned on the AXC 1050 (XC) (see Section 6.4).
– Read in the PROFINET devices connected to the AXC 1050 (XC) (see
Section 6.5.3).
The PROFINET controller function is not supported by the PC Worx Express software.
The PC Worx software is required to use the PROFINET controller function.
