Access network settings by clicking the network icon and opening Network & Internet Settings.
Navigate to the Ethernet connection within the network settings.
Access advanced network adapter settings by selecting 'Change Adapter Options'.
Open the properties of the Ethernet port connected to the TC Router.
Configure TCP/IPv4 settings by selecting the relevant protocol.
Set the IP address and subnet mask for the TC Router.
Open a web browser and navigate to the router's IP address to initiate login.
Acknowledge and proceed past the security warning to access the login page.
Input the default username 'admin' and password 'admin' to log in.
Select SIM settings, set country to USA, and configure APN for internet access.
Verify the signal strength and ensure packet data is online.
Reboot the router via the system menu to resolve offline or signal issues.
