CLEANING THE ACCESSORIES
Carry out the cleaning operations as indicated below.
Cleaning the steam conveying nebuliser cup (1):
Extract the steam conveying nebuliser cup from the nebuliser cup nozzle seat (2)
unscrewing the fixing screw (4). Submerge the nebuliser cup in a common anti-
lime scale liquid and allow it to work until the lime scale deposits disappear com-
pletely. Observe the anti-lime scale product manufacturer’s instructions. Rinse gen-
erously under running water.
Cleaning the sprayer nozzle:
Extract the steam conveying nebuliser cup (1) from the nebuliser cup nozzle seat
(2) unscrewing the fixing screw (4). Remove the nozzle guard and, using the in-
cluded CH17 wrench, unscrew the nut that secures the component to the boiler.
Use your hand to grip the plastic body of the nozzle and unscrew in an anticlock-
wise direction. To prevent lime scale encrustations from forming fill a common cup
with 50% water and 50% vinegar. Submerge the sprayer in the prepared solution
for 1 hour and then rinse under running water. To remove lime scale encrustations
from the sprayer fill a common cup with 50% water and 50% common anti-lime
scale solution. Submerge the component in the prepared solution for 12 hours and
then rinse very well under running water. In order to remove encrustations from
the centre hole of the sprayer you can also use the included pin (14) periodically.
If the sprayer was disassembled for cleaning, correctly reassemble it: the nut gasket
must be up against the bush (5) that comes out alongside the carcass.
BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE AND CLEANING, ASSEMBLY AND
DISASSEMBLY OPERATION THE INTEGRITY OF EACH PART OF THE PROD
UCT AND THE ACCESSORIES USED MUST BE CHECKED. CAREFULLY
CHECK THAT THE SPRAYER WAS CORRECTLY SECURED TO THE BODY OF
THE APPLIANCE AND IN PARTICULAR THAT THE PLASTIC NEBULISER
CUP IS WELL SECURED AND WHOLE IN ALL ITS PARTS NO CRACKS OR
BREAKS, INTERNAL PROTECTION WALL PRESENT. BREAKS OR INCOR
RECT ASSEMBLY MAY GENERATE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS DURING
NORMAL AND CORRECT OPERATION.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. The appliance should be checked before every use in order to detect any opera-
tional faults and / or damage due to transport or storage.
