[1] Front Section
Remove the Bonnet 85 by removing the 16
screws.
Notes on assembling as to the Bonnet 85
Tighten screw from the location ∗1 on the
picture.

[1-1] Front Section
(1) Release the 15P FCC (ADD7745) from the
two PCB binders.
(2) Disconnect the three connectors.
(3) Release the two cables from the Cord
Clamper /HL.
(4) Remove the fore screws. (BBZ30P060FCC)
(5) Remove the 15P FCC (ADD7745) from the
MIC HP GUARD ASSY.
Note: 15P FCC (ADD7745) is affixed with the
double side tape (10 x 110mm).
Notes on assembling
∗1: PCB binder tilt in the direction of the blue
arrow.
∗2: 15P FFC (ADD7745) don't touch cable from
Power Transformer.
∗3: Don't touch cables to Diode.
Note :
(1) Even if the unit shown in the photos and illustrations in this manual may differ from your product, the
procedures described here are common.
(2) For performing the diagnosis shown below, the following jigs for service is required.
• 39P FFC (GGD1681)
• 15P FFC (GGD1680)
• 30P + 30P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1682)
• 28P + 14P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1763)
• 23P + 23P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1761)
• 20P + 20P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1677)
• 20P + 14P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1759)
• 15P + 7P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1762)
• 5P PH Housing Assy (GGD1594)
(3) Before starting the diagnosis, wait for three minutes until the electricity of the unit is discharged.
