6. Trouble shooting
DANGER! Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Improper
repairs or manipulating of the electric components of the appliance can

6.1 Checklist
MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)

THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
1. The plug of the appliance is not
connected to the socket.
1. Connect the appliance to the mains
properly.
2. The plug has become loose.
2. Check the plug.
3. The socket is not supplied with
energy.
3. Check the corresponding socket by
connecting it with another appliance.
4. The fuse is switched off.
4. Check the fuse box.
5. The voltage is too low.
5. Compare the data on the model
plate with the data of your energy
supplier.
PROGRAMMES ARE NOT STARTED.
1. Door is not closed properly.
1. Close the door properly.
2. No water supply.
2. Check the water supply.
3. START / PAUSE button is pressed.
3. Check your settings.
4. ON / OFF button is not pressed.
4. Press the ON / OFF button.
FAULTY HEATING.
1. Heater defective.
1. The appliance can wash but not
heat. Please contact your customer
service immediately.
WATER LEAKAGE.
1. Connection of the hoses are not
watertight.
1. Check the hoses.
2. Drain pump / drain pump filter is
blocked.
2. Check the drain pump / drain pump
filter.
3. Water drain hose is dirty.
3. Clean the water drain hose.
