With a spirit level make sure that the ceiling arm is vertical. Adjust its position with the adjustment
nuts, if needed.
Attach the cover label over the dent.
Remove the extension arm shaft. Remove the shaft nut by hitting it as shown on the figure below.
Remove the support plate and the shaft. The shaft is not needed in this installation.
