SHIPPING INSTALLATION AND FIRST INSTALLATION
1. Our machines are meticulously packed and delivered to you
safely from the factory. There are some things that the user should
do and pay attention to before the installation of the machines.
2. The pipeline of the air installation must be approximately 270 cm
above the compressor. The pipe diameter of the air line must be
minimum 20 mm and maximum 25 mm. Each machine must have a
separate pipeline and this line should be approximately 80 cm
above the ground from the back of the machine.
3. Pipe outlets of the air line should be ½ and the valve should be
installed. It is mandatory to have a dryer and water trap filter in
front of the compressor. Otherwise, water accumulated in the
compressor will damage the pneumatic components of the
machine.
4. Compress the water of the compressor every day. This process
must be applied in the condition that the water accumulating in the
conditioners found in the machines. Electrical circuit line must be
made to experienced people. Our company will not be responsible
for any problems that may arise from incorrect or incomplete
installations.
5. The installation cable to be drawn must be at least (4x2,5).
Machines need about 2 KW power.
6. The first installation of the machine should not be done without
the knowledge of the Authorized Service. Our company will not be
responsible for problems that may arise when done.
