The lift owner is responsible for distributing and ensuring that a copy of this

manual is read and fully understood by all potential lift operators before

operating the lift.

No operator will use the lift if they believe it is unsafe and doing so could

injury themselves or others, they MUST report their concerns directly to their

manager or PLS
