Product Overview:

The steamer features a nozzle for steam output, a steam button to activate steaming, a steam level indicator light, a self-cleaning function button, a power light, and a comfortable handle. It includes a detachable water tank and a power cord.

Accessories:

The POHS10PRO comes with two main accessories:

  • Fur brush: Designed to open up the weaves of fabrics for a better steam effect.
  • Heat-insulated cover: Provides protection during use.

Safety Instructions:

Before operating the appliance, it is crucial to read the entire manual thoroughly.

  1. Intended Use: Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
  2. Water Type: Use domestic potable water. For delicate fabrics, purified water is recommended. Do not add detergent or other liquids to the water tank.
  3. Electrical Safety:
    • Ensure the appliance's working voltage matches your home's power supply.
    • Use a 30 MA leakage protection switch and a socket with a rated current greater than 6A.
    • Unplug the power cord before use.
    • Do not share a power supply with other large power appliances to avoid overload and fire hazards.
    • Do not use a line board (extension cord) to prevent overload.
  4. Water Filling:
    • Add water before use, but do not exceed the maximum water level.
    • Ensure accessories are installed before turning on the power switch.
  5. Operation Safety:
    • Do not touch the steam outlet on the iron head during operation.
    • Keep the iron brush clear of people, animals, household appliances, and other equipment when in use.
    • Turn off the power switch when not in use to prevent injury or damage.
    • Pay attention to the danger of steam spitting.
    • The appliance can only be used indoors.
  6. User Restrictions: The appliance should not be operated by individuals (including children) who are physically, tactilely, or mentally disabled, or who lack experience and knowledge, unless supervised or guided by someone responsible for their safety. Children must be monitored to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
  7. Environmental Conditions: Do not place the appliance in harsh environments for extended periods, such as areas with moisture, strong sunlight, or corrosive gases. Keep it away from flammable or explosive objects.
  8. Damage: If any damage is found, especially to the appliance body or power cord, stop using it immediately. Do not attempt to repair it yourself; contact the company's maintenance service center for professional repair.
  9. Cleaning and Storage:
    • Pull out the power plug when cleaning or when not in use.
    • Do not soak the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other solutions.

Usage Features:

Before First Use:

Clean the appliance with a soft, damp cloth. A small amount of smoke emission may occur during first use, which is normal.

Operation:

  1. Filling Water:

    • Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
    • Turn the water tank clockwise to separate it from the main body (Pic 1).
    • Unscrew the water tank cover (Pic 2).
    • Fill the tank with water, ensuring not to exceed the maximum water level.
    • Screw the cover back on tightly and reattach the tank to the main body.
    • Note: The appliance is designed to operate using pure demineralized water.
  2. Fabric Recommendations:

    • Always check the fabric's label for care recommendations.
    • Test acrylic, nylon, or other synthetic fabrics in an inconspicuous area to ensure they are not damaged by hot steam.
    • Steam is very hot; never attempt to remove creases from a garment while it is being worn. Always hang garments on a clothes hanger.
  3. Steaming Process:

    • Hang your garment on a clothes hanger.
    • Plug in the appliance and push the power button. The power light will flash green.
    • The appliance will heat up. After approximately 30 seconds, the power light will turn solid green, indicating it's ready for use.
  4. Using Accessories:

    • The fur brush accessory can be used to better open the weaves of fabrics for an improved steam effect.
    • The anti-insulated cover can also be used.
    • To install the fur brush, hold the appliance handle with one hand and install the brush onto the iron head with the other, ensuring it is correctly fitted (refer to pictures 3-6).
    • Note: Before removing or attaching the steam brush, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.
  5. After Use:

    • Unplug the appliance.
    • Remove the water tank, empty it completely, and then return it to its place on the appliance.
    • Note: If there is no water, the appliance will automatically stop after 45 seconds, and the power light will flash quickly. A static protection feature will stop heating after 8 minutes, with the power light flashing quickly.
    • During use or while heating/cooling, place the product on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.

Maintenance Features:

Self-Cleaning Function:

  • Note: Ensure the appliance is cold before using the self-cleaning function.
  • Preparation: Prepare a container.
  • Positioning: Hold the appliance with the nozzle pointing down into the container (Pic 7). Do not place the nozzle directly against the bottom of the container (Pic 8).
  • Water Fill: Fill the water tank to its maximum level.
  • Activation: Plug in the appliance. Long-press the self-clean button for 5 seconds.
  • Process: The appliance will begin self-cleaning and spray water, which is normal.
  • Completion: A warning sound will indicate that self-cleaning is finished. You can then unplug the appliance.

Safety and Protection Features:

  • Thermostat: When the water in the tank runs out, the thermostat maintains the temperature.
  • Thermal Cut-off: If the thermostat is damaged or fails, a thermal fuse protection device protects the appliance.
  • Overheating Protection: If the appliance's temperature rises to a warning level, the thermal fuse will immediately cut off the power supply to prevent danger.

Cleaning:

Use a dry, soft cloth and neutral detergent to clean the appliance surface. Do not use solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, or banana oil.
