FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: The parts described in steps 1 and 2 are included
in the Mount Plate Kit (PN 2877906, 2878835 or
2878824).
1. Install the M6-1.0 X 40 mm hex bolt (#B) and screw the
M6-1.0 nylock nut (#C) as illustrated.
2. Fasten the pull bar (#A) to the pivot using a M10-1.5
X 45 mm hex bolt (#D) and a M10-1.5 nylock nut (#E).
3. Fasten the snow plow to the pivot using (2)
M12-1.75 X 50 mm hex bolts (#5), (4) M12 flat washers
(#1), and (2) M12-1.75 nylock nuts (#9).
NOTE: To allow blade to trip, do not overtighten.
4. Insert the (2) 41 mm dia X 201 mm tension springs (#12)
into the snow plow upper holes and fasten the other
ends of the springs to the pivot using the (2) M8-1.25
X 60 mm eyebolts (#23), the (2) M8 flat washers (#2),
and the (2) M8-1.25 nylock nuts (#10).
