INTAKE MANIFOLD INSTALLATION
1. Position new manifold in place, making sure the
intake runners are seated in the manifold boots.
2. Install Lower Intake Plenum Fastener

transmission mounting bracket loosely.
3. Align intake boot hose clamps to orientation noted
during removal.
4. Tighten intake boot hose clamps

. Torque to spec.
TORQUE
Intake Manifold Boot Clamp:
17 in-lbs (2 Nm)
5. Torque Lower Intake Plenum Fastener

to
specification.
TORQUE
Lower Intake Plenum Fastener:
18 ft-lbs (24 Nm)
6. Install electrical harness to engine and plug in Fuel
Injectors

, TMAP sensor

and Throttle Body

.
7. Connect Turf Mode connector

.
8. Connect Transmission

, CPS Switch connector

and Speed Sensor

9. Secure harness mounting clips in mounting tabs.
